The FAQ Section of the web site contains (Care Menu and Care List) , which are screenshots from the browser based software system used to manage daily work-flow. The services you are seeing on Care Menu are specific to Sunrise Assisted Living. You can use the template they selected or create your own set of services specific to your facility. The Care List is a sample print out that is automatically generated based on services checkboxed on Care Menu for each resident. The names have been changed to anonymize the people getting service.
